OLI HAS A NEW SUBSIDIARY TO GROW IN FRANCE

OLI, the Iberian leader in the production of cisterns, has acquired the french company Regiplast.

 

With this strategic acquisition, OLI intends to increase its influence in the french market, which currently accounts for 8 % of the company's global sales, by integrating its bathroom solutions into construction projects in residential, hotel and public space segments.

 

Regiplast, based in Périgueux, is recognised for selling and supplying various reference brands to distributors, including OLI, which it has represented since 1993.

 

The integration of Regiplast as a subsidiary of OLI in France, from July 2024, has the following objectives:

 

- Expand the range of products and services on offer, through a wider and more diverse range of sanitary solutions, to meet the specific and varied needs of customers;
- Improve customer service, making it more efficient and proactive;
- Providing specialised technical training to qualify and advise professionals on sanitary installation systems in new and refurbishment projects;
- Offer integrated solutions for construction work, guaranteeing ongoing technical assistance to meet the specific needs of each project.

 

António Ricardo Oliveira, Administrator of OLI, said: "This investment in France represents a major milestone for the company, in the year it celebrates its 70th anniversary, and is essential for its international consolidation plan, particularly in the Portugal-Southern Europe axis, where it has branches in Spain, Italy and now France. With this operation, OLI capitalises on Regiplast's reputation in the French market and pretends to maintain this legacy, which we consider structural for the brand's growth plans with distributors, architects, builders, installers and the end consumers."

65th Anniversary Celebrations

OLI sponsors Riders for Moto2 and Moto3 World Championship

For the 2019 season, OLI is sponsoring three riders. One rider in the Moto2 Federal Oil Gresini team, Sam Lowes, British. And two riders for the Moto3 Kommerling Gresini team, Riccardo Rossi, Italian, and Gabriel Rodrigo, Argentinean. Moto2 and Moto3 are two categories belonging to the World Motorcycle Championship organized by the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM).

OLI supports Carrilho da Graça: Lisbon

With the objective of maintaining a close relationship with architecture of excellence, OLI supports the international itinerary exhibition "Carrilho da Graça: Lisbon". The exhibition presents a selection of ten projects for the city of Lisbon designed by the architect João Carrilho da Graça from 1980 to 2015.

65 years of success
